Animal Feeding Times and Shows

Staff run short talks and feeding sessions at fixed times. Macaws are fed at 11:30am and 3:30pm. The sloth feeding happens at 1:00pm and 4:30pm. Stingray feeding in the touch pool starts at 12:15pm and 5:00pm. Arrive five minutes early for a front spot.

Family Tips for a Smooth Visit

Bring a reusable water bottle; free cold-water stations sit near each level exit. Strollers are allowed but the upper ramps are narrow, so a baby carrier works better. Book the 11am or 2pm slot if you want to catch two feeding sessions. Photography is fine without flash. Allow two hours total, including photos and a short break in the air-conditioned cafe on level one.
